Delusions Jakub Gliński x Ania Kuczyńska

The Delusions project is a painterly attempt to recreate the fleeting thoughts, delusions, personal fatamorgana, shapes and multiplicity of Gliński’s emotional states.

The silk accessory is the starting point for a dialogue between the artist and the designer, using tools characteristic of their work.

Inscribed in the fabric, the image comes to life, becomes an object of everyday use, and remains a work of art. The space of the scarf is filled with airbrush outlined fantastic creatures, satellite-like structures, multiplied eyes and hearts. The work depicts the multi-layered experience of the artist, using the “Trash & Error” aesthetic.

“The scarf as a medium is not accidental, it refers to the DNA of my brand, the highest quality, natural fabrics used for more than 20 years, and manual finishing techniques.

One scarf is stitched by hand for about 2 hours. All these efforts reflect my approach to sustainable production and responsibility for our Planet.”

Muchomor – symbol szczęścia i pomyślności, szamański grzyb wypełniony fascynującą chemią; Zając – atrybut Afrodyty, talizman kochanków, towarzysz rytuałów; Koza – symbol płodności, pomyślności i obfitości, to koza wykarmiła Zeusa; Kozioł – symbolizuje indywidualizm i seksualność.

Through out history in all corners of the world different civilizations, religions, societies and cultures developed independently. Each of them formed its own symbolic dictionary, by which it expressed sacred ideas, abstract concepts and theories.

The shapes of the bracelets are the three geometric shapes – the circle, square and triangle. The earrings bear the christian symbols permanently inscribed in our consciousness – the heart, cross and pentagram.

This limited collection of earrings and bracelets Ania Kuczynska has designed for Yes is both modern and timeless. Striking and familiar geometry with enameled detail in red and royal blue set against gold or silver perfectly express contemporary femininity.

Ania Kuczyńska x Kristoff plates were created in one of the oldest Polish porcelain factories, operating since 1831.

Kristoff’s two-hundred-year tradition has been combined with the distinctive aesthetics of the Ania Kuczyńska brand and the fashion designer’s passion for unusual, beautiful and unique objects.

The limited edition consists of 365 handmade wall plates. The cosmic shine applied using the platinum mirror technique and original embellishments create a collector’s item.

The symbolic patterns were designed by Karol Śliwka, a design legend and one of the most acclaimed graphic design artists in Poland’s post-war history.

Prosto

The Shanghai bag’s cult status has resulted in a collaboration between the brand Ania Kuczyńska and the respected Polish street brand Prosto. The result is a limited edition Shanghai bag in three colours exclusive to this project – black, pistachio and indigo.

The bag’s distinctive tag, made of calf leather with hand-stamped logos of Ania Kuczyńska’s brand and Prosto, adorns each bag.
